At Brooklyn Bedding, we want you to love your sleep experience, which is why we offer a 120-night trial period to ensure your new mattress is the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied after the initial 30-day break-in period, we provide a hassle-free return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Evaluate Your Comfort

  Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support system and for the materials to fully break in.

  Contact Support

  If you still feel the mattress isn't right after 30 days, reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate your return or exchange request.

• 3.
  Coordinate Pickup

  We will work with you to arrange a convenient pickup through a local charity or recycling partner, as we aim to donate returned mattresses whenever possible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive confirmation that the mattress has been picked up or donated, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method.
